News and Announcements

as of 4/10/20:

We are so sad that we can't meet together on Good Friday or Easter. In fact there will be no services till Mid May per government mandates. Thankfully the Holy Spirit connects us though we can't meet in person. Continue to pray that our world will be healed from this pandemic. God has not forgotten us. He died for all so the world can be healed. It is good for us to remember that.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us at winthropcongchurch@outlook.com. We wish everyone a safe and healthy week.

Blessings,
Pastor Matthew Thompson

Construction Update:
The project encompassed removing a column that was holding up the roof that had sunk about 7 inches. It is a wonder that the building didn't fall down. God certainly was watching over us.
We have finished the major part of the construction project. Now the hard part believe it or not has began. The project cost over $200k and has left us with no money. We have to start over as a church and make some major changes to how we operate as a church. We want to be a blessing to the community and share God's love with the world. We won't be able to do that if we have to close the building.

Check out our GofundMe page to give if you feel called to do so.
